Design Fee Calculator is a digital download sold through Gumroad.

Digital download policy

Because the product is delivered as a digital file, refunds are not automatic after download.

Broken or unusable file

If the workbook does not open, the download is missing, or a formula is broken in the supported Excel workbook, contact support through Gumroad or reply to your purchase receipt. The issue will be fixed or refunded when the file is genuinely unusable.

Not covered

Refunds are generally not provided because a client rejected your proposal, you changed your pricing strategy, you expected legal or business coaching advice, or you used the file in unsupported software without testing formula compatibility.

How to request help

Use the contact/support option from your Gumroad receipt or product page. Include your order email, the issue, your Excel version, and a screenshot if relevant.
